Presence is the only cure for the noise of the digital age. Our sessions are designed to ground your nervous system and reclaim your attention.

Rooted in the Hatha-Raja tradition, Medhayon (The Path of Wisdom) focuses on the intersection of breath, bionomics, and brain state. We don’t just teach poses; we teach the geometry of the self. From fluid Vinyasa to restorative stillness, every movement is an inquiry into your potential.

What we do?

To continue making yoga accessible to everyone we offer classes online, in-person at our studio (mask required), and outdoors.
